1. Service Agreement & Booking Terms
When you book services with 716 Details, whether through our online booking form, by phone at (716) 405-0316, or in person at our Lewiston facility, you enter into a binding service agreement. All bookings for full detail services, ceramic coating applications, or mobile luxury services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms communicated at the time of booking.
Booking Requirements:
- Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and important items from their vehicle prior to service
- Vehicles must be accessible and parked in a safe, legal location with adequate lighting and water access for mobile services
- Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage or special conditions before service begins
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
All service pricing for interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, and paint correction is as quoted and confirmed at the time of booking. Current pricing for all services can be found on our services page. Prices are subject to change and will be reflected on our website at 716details.net.
Payment Policies:
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services
- Accepted Methods: Cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards
- Declined Payments: If payment is declined, customers have 24 hours to provide alternative payment. Collection procedures begin after 48 hours
- Additional Services: Work beyond the agreed scope will be charged at $75/hour with customer approval (may apply to window tinting, RV detailing, or boat detailing)
- Hazardous Material Surcharge: A minimum 25% surcharge applies to vehicles requiring cleanup of bodily fluids, pet accidents, or other biohazardous materials (applies to interior detailing services)
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment incur a $50 fee to compensate our technicians
- No-Show Policy: Failure to be present for a confirmed appointment results in full service charge
- Weather Delays: We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions (especially important for exterior detailing and mobile services)
4. Service Guarantee & Quality Policy
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee.
Our Guarantee:
- If you're not satisfied with our work due to poor craftsmanship or incomplete service, we'll return to correct the issue at no charge
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

- Our guarantee covers workmanship on all services including ceramic coating, paint correction, and full detail services, not pre-existing damage or normal wear
5. Appointment Scheduling & Arrival
- Arrival Window: Please allow a 30-60 minute arrival window for mobile services
- Traffic Delays: We'll notify you of any significant delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
- Customer Availability: Customers must be available during the scheduled service window for all services including mobile detailing, fleet services, and dealership partnerships
- Access Requirements: Ensure vehicle and service area are accessible and prepared
6. Liability & Insurance
716 Details is fully licensed and insured for your protection. However, certain limitations apply:
- Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are serviced at the customer's risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes
- Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (important for paint correction and restoration services)
- Personal Property: We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
- Damage Claims: Any damage claims are limited to the cost of the service provided
- Location Safety: Customers are responsible for ensuring service location is safe and legal
7. Referral & Promotional Programs
From time to time, 716 Details may offer referral programs and promotional discounts for our detailing services.
Program Rules:
- Referral credits apply only to new customers
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Fraudulent referrals will result in program disqualification
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue programs at any time (check our contact page for current offers)
- Credits must be used within one year of earning
